What is it?

Dojo Digital University is a group coaching program with a unique concept in mind:
To Create Your Own In-House Digital Marketer

Here's How It Works:

  1. The school owner designates a staff member or a student they want to hire part time and eventually bring on as a staff member; 

  2. The student is made part of a private Facebook Group, where once a week a mastermind coaching session will be held by Dojo Digital Marketing’s Indro Sartorio. Students will be able to interact and ask questions during the Live Q&A, and will have access throughout the week to Dojo Digital Marketing staff members as well as each other to discuss execution, challenges and questions;

  3. During the Mastermind Coaching Session, students will receive an “Execution Plan” with tasks to complete for the week. The school owner will also receive access to these modules on a weekly basis, as well as be briefed via email on the assignments discussed in the coaching sessions.

  4. Each Execution Plan delivered will be a module in a course.  The tentative goal is to complete one full course a month by topic. The full course when completed will be accessible by the student as well as the school owner for the duration of the membership.  

  5. Indro will regularly go live in the group to address questions, add ideas and keep the group engaged and on task;

Why You Need This

  1. You need this for the very same reason we have a team of 13 people handling different tasks in our agency. As a school owner, you understandably do not have the time or the patience to be learning how to create content for social media, how to create and run ads, creating different marketing funnels for different promotions, etc. It is far too time consuming. Even if you are one of our Digital Marketing Clients, you need someone on staff that can be a point of contact and make sure you are creating the content necessary to run your promotions. You need to run your martial arts school, and you need to have someone on your team that is handling these time consuming tasks so you can focus on running and growing your business.

  2. You need this because unless you have a 100% retention, and zero intention to ever grow your school, you cannot avoid the online marketing trends that both Facebook and Google are forcing you to participate in.

  3. The companies that succeed in the present market are the businesses willing to invest in the training and education of their staff members. Who is this for?

Young staff members, preferably under 30 years old that are familiar with social media and are at very least moderately computer savvy. We really encourage younger people, as we find they are much more in “learning mode” and willing to absorb new concepts, where school owners are more likely to be set in their ways and putting up more resistance.  You ideally want to put your brightest and most promising staff member on this, someone that you could see running a second location for you some day, for example. If your children are involved in the business and in martial arts, they would also be an ideal candidate for this coaching program.

Who is this not for?

Dojo Digital University students should NOT be school owners. That defeats the entire purpose of creating you a staff member to help you market your school! We will not forbid people from joining, as we understand in some instances the school owner IS this staff, however we highly suggest that even in this scenario, you assign the membership to a friend, relative, or family member that can take on these duties and help you implement them successfully.
